Delivery time

Orders placed by 7:00 a.m. on a working day are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the following working day. Delivery and service dates are binding only if expressly confirmed in writing by Elbenwald. Elbenwald is entitled to deliver before a stated delivery date.

Delivery time within Germany

If the items are in stock, the goods are handed over for shipping on the next working day after receipt of the order. Within Germany, delivery by our logistics partner DHL generally takes an additional 1–2 working days after dispatch. High parcel volumes, for example shortly before public holidays, may cause minor delays. Information about an item's availability can be found in its detailed description.

Sieht großartig aus, aber..

Ich habe diese Jacke meinem Freund zu Weihnachten geschenkt weil sie so toll aussieht, aber leider kam schon nach drei Tagen das böse Erwachen: wie schon in einer vorigen Bewertung beschrieben, ist der Stoff wenige Zentimeter unter dem Wolfskopf auf einer Länge von 15cm komplett aufgerissen! Und das, obwohl weder ein Kampf mit einer Krabspinne noch mit einem Drachen ausgefochten wurde.. Plötze hat auch nicht dran genagt! :( Sehr schade um das tolle Design!

Leider sehr schlecht !!!!!

Ich hab mich sehr auf diese Jacke gefreut, da sie wirklich toll aussieht !
Leider hat die Jacke nicht mal einen Tag gehalten !
Die Jacke ist an einer Stelle gerissen und nähen wird bei diesem Material nicht möglich sein....
Diese Jacke ist leider nicht ihr Geld wert ( + Versand 40%) und ich bin wirklich enttäuscht und auch ein bisschen verärgert.....Ich rate vom Kauf ab !!!!

Nie mehr unbewaffnet aus dem Haus!

Als großer Fan des Witcher-Universums der ersten Stunde musste ich diese Kapuzenjacke einfach kaufen! Nach gut einem halben Jahr, mehrmaligem waschen und exzessivem Tragen ist sie noch in bestem Zustand. Jetzt freue ich mich schon drauf, dass die Temperaturen wieder nach unten gehen und ich die Jacke wieder tragen kann. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Nicht kaufen! Top Design aber Reißverschluss zu hart

Ich habe diese Jacke geschenkt bekommen. Leider mussten wir sie zwei mal umtauschen und hatten am Ende immer noch keine, bei der das Problem behoben war. Das Problem ist folgendes: Der Reißverschluss ist so extrem hart und grob, dass er bei der ersten Wäsche die komplette Jacke zerfetzt und sie so quasi zerstört. Wenn man Pech hat, geht sogar an der restlichen Wäsche was kapputt. Eigentlich schade, denn das Design und das Material an sich sind Hammer!

Leider miese Qualität..

Ich habe diese Jacke in einem eurer Shops gekauft weil ich das Design super schön fand. Der Reissverschluss lief von Anfang an sehr schlecht und hakte immer. Darüber hab ich aber erstmal hinweggesehen weil ich die Jacke sonst echt toll fand. Habe sie dann gewaschen und war danach schockiert: Der Stoff um den Wolfskopf herum hat sich abgelöst. Leider kann ich hier kein Bild hochladen. Es sind keine kompletten Löcher drin, aber der äußere Stoff ist großflächig komplett abgegangen. Ich habe die Jacke auch nicht zu heiss gewaschen oder so.. also ich weiss echt nicht warum. Momentan geht es noch.. sieht ein bisschen gewollt aus so wie ne kaputte Jeans.. allerdings habe ich Sorge, dass der Wolf bei dem nächsten Waschgang seinen Unterkiefer verliert, denn der sitzt schon recht locker.. und das säh dann wirklich doof aus.... sehr schade. Bin von euch eigentlich immer super Qualität gewohnt. Und für das, was ich jetzt bekommen habe hätte ich niemals 40 Euro gezahlt :/

schön aber trotzdem der letzte Mist

Ich habe die Jacke gesehen und mich verliebt. Allerdings war die erste Jacke kaputt, was mir erst zuhause auffiel. Ich habe sie umgetasucht und nach ca 2 Stunden Tragezeit musste ich feststellen, dass das Material praktisch aufgelöst hatte, obwohl diese Jacke keine Schäden hatte. Die Jacke sieht toll aus ist aber eine totale Enttäuschung in Sache Material. Rate vom Kauf ab.
